Location, Porat
Located in the fishing village of Porat. At 150 m there is one of the oldest Franciscan monasteries on the island, built-in 1480, open for sightseeing. Porat itself is located at the beginning of one of the most beautiful cycling and hiking trails on our island, which largely stretches along the coast. On approximately 50 km of groomed and marked trails, you can enjoy the mild and pleasant climate and the beautiful harmony of man and nature you can refresh yourself by swimming in the sea.

The living room has access to the outdoor spacious Lounge bar, while the other part/dining area leads directly to the pool. The pool is protected from view and a constant temperature of 26 ° C.In the yard, there is a swimming pool, barbecue, large parking lot and in it, you can store bicycles and other sports equipment. Although the ground floor, the house is located on a slightly elevated position and from this part there is a beautiful sea view.
First floor of the house
The first floor of the holiday home contains a bigger bedroom with the queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. Both rooms have their own balcony, where the balcony from the bedroom where there is a large double bed is overlooking the sea, the port of Porat, while the smaller room overlooks part of Porto and you can see the pool. Upstairs is an equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room with fireplace. The first floor has an entrance through the house and its own separate entrance for the needs of guests.
